CDL DRIVER REQUIREMENTS

RESIDENTIAL HELPER/LABORER
- You must have the ability to perform pushing, pulling, bending, and lifting of up to 75 pounds on occasion without assistance
- Be able to repeatedly operate/manipulate basic machinery handles in order to mechanically cycle or “pack” the garbage into the truck body
- Occasionally retrieve and return containers from the yards of customers along a designated route and empty the contents of those containers into the enclosed truck body
- You will be exposed to occupational risks, including but not limited to cuts, burns, and bruises
- Must be able to speak/read/write in English well enough to legibly complete daily paperwork and communicate with supervisors, other employees, and occasionally with customers
- You must be willing to work outdoors and be exposed to a variety of changing environments, including but not limited to rain, snow, wind, extreme heat, and extreme cold
- **You must have reliable transportation to and from work**

CDL DRIVER REQUIREMENTS
- At least 25 Years of Age
- Possesses a Valid NJ Class B Commercial Driver’s License with Airbrake Endorsement
- A Valid DOT Physical Card
- At least 3 Years of Previous, Verifiable Truck Driving Experience
- Able to Perform Pushing, Pulling, Bending, and Lifting up to 75lbs on Occasion without Assistance
- Able to Climb In and Out of Truck Repeatedly Throughout the Work Day
- Able to Speak, Write, and Read in English Well Enough to Legibly Complete Paperwork and Communicate With Coworkers, Customers, and Superiors
- Must be Willing to Work Outdoors in the Exposure of a Variety of Changing Environments Including but not Limited to: Rain, Snow, Wind, Extreme Heat, and Extreme Cold
- Must Have a Clean Driving Record
- Must Pass a Mandatory Drug Test
